オンライン注文後の流れについて
コーヒー豆などの通常配送は日本郵便のクリックポストを使用いたします。
商品到着後はポスト投函となります。到着日指定はできません。あらかじめご了承ください。

発送は7営業日以内に行います。

発送完了後は、追跡番号をメールにてご連絡いたしますので、ご確認ください。

商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、返金・返品には応じません。

■国際配送 | INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• International shipping takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination.

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds, unless the product is defective.

• All international orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS.

• Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and total package weight.

• We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by postal issues or customs closures.

• In such cases, refunds or reshipments will not be provided.

• Each country has its own import regulations and restrictions beyond our control.

• Import duties, taxes, or fees may be charged depending on the destination country's customs rules.
  We are not responsible for any import fees or taxes incurred by the recipient.

Delivery times may vary depending on the standard delivery times of local carriers in the destination country and customs processing times.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes and cannot be held responsible for any delays once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

Your order will be shipped to the address you specify at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, which may include a tracking link.
